These are pictures from the Geek-Cam© and other crap that I've collected or made during the time I've had this web page. Eventually, some other stuff might show up here that I dig up from the archives, old scrapbooks, various copyrighted material from magazines that I leave lying about the office, that kind of thing...
The images made by the IndyCam are all kind of dark. On a well-adjusted system with some kind of gamma-control (I know, most systems aren't well-adjusted, nor intelligent enough to have gamma control) they should look fine, otherwise they'll be a bit dark. Nothing I'm gonna do about it - you wanna see em? d/l 'em and fix 'em or get a real computer system.
(Yes, I know there are a couple of MPEG files that are in the supposed "Still Images" area. Editorial license ... )
Click here, or here to see Chris, one of the nice people I work with. (Or rather, used to work with as Chris is, ahem, "No Longer With The Company," as they say.) This is his girlfriend. Amazing that she's continued to stay with him, huh? Here's Chris again after finding out that he doesn't have to work late and can go home to his girlfriend at the normal time.
Here's Chris again, this time with Chuck, another of the classy people I work with, showing off part of their modern dance routine. Here they are again, emphasizing the qualities that got them both hired here. (Chuck is, in fact, still with the company...)
Chris' musings on an ex-girlfriend. (1.5MB MPEG)
If you have an insanely fast network connection, (and absolutely nothing better to do with your time) Chris has even recorded a 36MB QuickTime movie of him acting like a dork. (This QuickTime video is temporarily unavailable, as it's 36MB of disk space with which I can think of much better things to do. I will eventually convert it to MPEG which will hopefully be much smaller and therefore more likely to be stored here.) Do you get the feeling that Chris has absolutely nothing better to do with his time?
Aren't digital cameras just the most darn fun?
Why yes, of course they are! (1MB MPEG)

This is one of the funniest Far Side cartoons I've ever seen.
You can Click Here to see some backgrounds I made with Fractal Design's Painter. Mostly they hurt your eyes, which is often a useful trait for a website.
