The Famous Geek-Cam©

HEY!

They took the SGI away from me, so this stuff is on my home computer right now. Until I wind up with the extra money to buy a QuickCam (heh) or someone bothers to donate a camera to me, there will be no more Geek-Cam©. There's the possibility, that since this is at my house now, and I don't want people to watch me using the computer in my underwear, (Or, God Forbid, naked and drunk with some weird blow-up device) that there will never be a Geek-Cam© at this site. Sorry, I know the both of you who used to visit it will miss it.

This camera is located in our Tech Lab, on the SGI Indy that is used to do web development stuff. The image updates automatically, using a very sophisticated algorithm that detects whenever something worthwhile happens in the camera viewport. Thus, you can be assured that whenever anything interesting is going on in the viewpoint of the camera, you'll be able to see it right here! (If it's all dark, someone probably turned off the lights in the lab. The algorithm hasn't quite been modified to adjust for that yet.)
